Beachski Studios keeps the product focused on creative practice while collecting only the information needed to run accounts, purchases, support, and basic product analytics.

Information we collect

Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account or log in.
Purchase and entitlement information needed to confirm lifetime access and keep your account access current.
Basic usage and analytics information if analytics are enabled, such as page views, device category, browser, and approximate region.
Messages you send to Beachski Studios when you contact support or ask a question.

Information stored on your device

Photos you add to palette practice, streak progress, and some game stats are stored locally in your browser on your device.
Local browser data is not synced across devices by tinypalette.io and may be lost if you clear browser storage or change devices.
Exports you create are generated for your use and are controlled by you after download or sharing.

How we use information

To provide login, purchase access, product features, exports, and support.
To understand whether the site is working and which parts of the product need improvement.
To prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal or payment obligations.

Service providers

Supabase may be used for authentication and account records.
Stripe processes payments. Beachski Studios does not store full payment card numbers.
