These terms describe the basic agreement between you and Beachski Studios LLC when you use tinypalette.io, create an account, or purchase lifetime access.
tinypalette.io is a creative practice tool operated by Beachski Studios LLC. You may use the product for personal, creative, educational, and professional reference work, provided your use is lawful and does not interfere with the service.
You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity under your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. Beachski Studios may suspend or limit access if an account is used to abuse, disrupt, or misuse the product.
Lifetime access unlocks the paid tinypalette.io features currently offered for the purchasing account. Payment is processed by Stripe. Purchase access is tied to your account and is not intended for resale, transfer, or shared credential use.
Photos and references you add for palette practice remain yours. The app is designed so practice photos and some progress data stay in local browser storage on your device, unless you choose to export or share them.
Beachski Studios owns or licenses the site design, writing, product structure, generated palettes, branding, and related product materials. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or repackage the service as a competing product.
Beachski Studios may update, improve, pause, remove, or change parts of the product over time. The service is provided as available, and creative, educational, or color guidance should be checked against your own context before use.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beachski Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, payment services, local browser data loss, or exported materials.
